first and foremost, i have to recognize that one of my favorite bands, phantom planet, recently decided to call it quits after 15 years- or, take an "indefinite hiatus," which is obviously never a good sign. though i'm bummed about the break-up, i'm happy that i at least got the opportunity to see them live a few times while they were still alive and kickin'.
speaking of bands, i was reading an article the other day that was naming off some of the worst band names ever- this list included such gems as puddle of mudd, crazy town, dogs die in hot cars, and does it offend you, yeah?...and it got me thinking about making my own personal list of worst (and best) band names as i scrolled through my ipod. so here it goes! oh, and if you have any suggestions of your own, please feel free to add 'em.
